Where is my upgrade?

Since the new DNN store has replaced Snowcovered, we have been receiving inquiries regarding where and how to download upgrades.

Upgrades of our modules can be downloaded from DNN store only. Log-in to DNN store. Click on "My Account" in the main menu, then look form "My Orders" in the next box. Under that, find "My Patches". In the picture below "My Patches" are highlighted in red color.



DNN store provides you only with those versions you are entitled to. If you have bought the standard edition of any module, you are entitled to all new versions released within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have bought the professional edition of any module, you are entitled to all new versions released within 60 days from the date of purchase. The Enterprise version entitles you to one year of free updates.


What if I no longer have the rights to a new version of a module? Am I entitled to a discount?

Yes, users who wish to upgrade older versions of modules can purchase newer versions at a reduced price. The price of a module's upgrade depends on the module's edition and the date of purchase. Users who wish to extend their subscription to Enterprise edition will also be given a discount.

Important: It is possible to download the trial version of modules. Do not install it over production versions, as the trial version cannot be activated. The trial version can be promoted to the production version by installing the latter over the trial version of modules. All the data and settings will be saved.
